Muhammad Usman Ghani aka MUG Muhammad Usman Ghani completed his M.Sc. (Hons) Food Science & Technology from the University of Karachi in 2008. He is a dedicated professional having plenty of skill in management system audits & system development against various standards i.e. ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 17025. He has been engaged with organizations of repute for implementation of these standards as well, few of these are Afeef Packages Pakistan, Pie in the Sky, The Hobnob Group, Organic Meat Company, and Irfan Noman Brothers. He has also provided feasibility studies support to almost a dozen local and international clients for food lines setup. He has hands-on experience in training modules development and has developed different training programs from scratch included R&D management in the food industry, auditing and system improvements, management system standards, good warehousing practices, food safety by design. In his last assignment, he was acting as Lead Auditor & Trainer at GURUMUG, earlier he served as Auditor & Trainer at URS Pakistan and Manager QA at The Snakebites Company and Head of QA & product development at Dairyland Pvt. Ltd.
